The complaint portal dedicated to FTX users has just gone live on Tuesday, July 11, 2023. Users can thus request to recover their blocked funds. The portal will be functional until September 29, 2023.

If you had funds locked on the FTX exchange at the time of its bankruptcy, you may be able to get your money back. Indeed, the complaints have just opened this July 11, 2023, you will be able to consult the balance of your FTX account on November 11, 2022 as well as the history of your transactions but also your profits, losses, gains from staking or earn program.
Here is the procedure:
Log in with the identifiers you used on FTX Verify your email address Verify your identity (KYC) Verify the balance of your account Confirm, or not, if the amount corresponds to what you had on your FTX account at the time of the bankruptcy.
You will then be redirected to the “Kroll Restructuring Administration” platform to confirm that your balance corresponds to the amount you had in your FTX account on November 11, 2022. If not, you have the option of filing a complaint.
Note that not all users need to file proof of claim.
No need to rush, the portal will remain open until September 29, 2023.
