The LVMH empire already anchored in NFTs
We remember that in 2021, the LVMH group joined forces with the Italian luxury house Prada and Cartier to issue a blockchain-based authenticity label named “Aura Blockchain”. A few months later, the Louis Vuitton brand launched its mobile game “Louis: The Game” allowing players to win NFTs.
At the start of 2022, Fendi (which also belongs to the LVMH group) took a step into Web3 by teaming up with Ledger to dress up its eponymous wallets. But it is above all the sons of Bernard Arnault, Frédéric and Alexandre Arnault, who really decided to embrace the universe of non-fungible tokensas evidenced by their profile pictures on Twitter:

Frederic Arnault, CEO of Swiss luxury watch brand Tag Hauerlaunched “Tag Hauer Connected” in the course of 2022, an application allowing the owners of certain Tag Hauer watches to display their own NFTs on the dial.
Alexandre Arnault has been the executive vice-president of the jewelry company Tiffany & Co. since 2022. In August of the same year, he decided to create a partnership between the brand and the flagship collection CryptoPunks via 250 unique pendants reserved for the holders of these NFTs.
